Annual Quilt Show - The QUILT SHOW is at the old Wamic School... Saturday only.8:00 to 5:00pm No charge.

Parade - Staging will be at the County Lot (vs. Pub/Grub because of lawn mower races) Line up for parade at 10:00am.

Entry forms available in the local Wampinrock paper.

Parade Grand Marshal: Judy Ewing (Wamic Store)

Raffle Tickets: $200.00 prize for food at Wamic Store, and a 50/50 (winners get 1/2 of whatever is taken in).

Ticket cost: $1.00/each or 6 for $5.00. Will be on sale at breakfast at Grange and from Rendezvous Committee members (see Wampinrock for details).

Tickets sold Saturday morn. at the Quilt Show... Sun/Mon. at the breakfast in the Grange...drawing held after breakfast....you do not have to be present to win.

VENDORS: Handcrafted wooden items, dried floral arrangements, jewelry and art work, food products, and much more.

Crafters are in the fenced area next to Grange.

Church Tent Meetings at Pansy field: Begin Thurs. Sept. 1...Fri. 2 and Sat. 3rd all at 7pm on the corner of Dodson Road & Campbell St.

Church Service: Sunday AM, Sept. 4th. 10:30am also in the tent in Pansy Field on the corner of Campbell Street and Dodson Road.

Community Potluck Picnic: Sunday 1:00pm - Pansy Field, picnic/tent area. Please bring something to share...

Combined with an Old Fashioned Cake Walk....plus Tom McDowells little train for the children. .

Costume Contest: Held on stage under tent at 2:00pm (Cowboys, Indians, Pioneers)...awards.

OUTHOUSE RACES:...SUNDAY ONLY ...from 3pm to 5pm. Wamic Market Road

At 5:30 pm Sunday...(following the outhouse races... there will be a Buffalo Stew, Fry Bread and Cobbler dinner held at the Old Smock Prairie School... and possibly story telling at the Mountain Men Encampment by their group.

The old Smock Prairie School house will be open for touring by the Historical Society Sat. 10:00am - 1:00pm, and Sunday 3:00pm to 6:00pm (during the Buffalo Stew Dinner).

MOUNTAIN MEN/COWBOY ENCAMPMENT: Open for tours and crafts (they have a Blacksmith) both Sat./Sun. from 10am. to 6pm.

Shaniko Shooters (Cowboys) will also be on hand for everyone's enjoyment.

Overnight camping spots available: The Resort at Pine Hollow Reservoir, Tygh Valley Campgrounds, Rock Creek Reservoir Campground & Maupin.

Boating, Hiking, Camping, Swimming, Horse Back Riding, all available nearby.

Family oriented fun event.

No alcohol

Games and activities for children and adults.

Children are welcome to participate in the parade with bikes, wagons, animals, etc.
